This delicious Olive Oil is a NEW OWN product of BEATO VINI. Near the sea and on the board of the natural reserve maggia base grow our 200 years old Olive trees.
Since 2016 and with professional help we developed this olive grove mostly manually and by applying organic treatments and products to a 'BEATO VINI' - like and sustainable grove.
December 2020 and for the first time the quality of the olives met our high expectations, and we started the harvest. All following processing steps up to bottling took place using the Bio certified production facilities and personnel of De Padova.
Harvest: December 2020; the olives were carefully shaked into nets and collected in 200 kg Containern. On the fasted way thereafter brought to the processing facilities of De Padova.
Olive Oil Cold Extraction: Less than a few hours after harvesting the olive were washed, checked, crunched, grinded and cold extracted. The intermediate olive oil tank fills up with our beautiful and delicious Olive Oil. The highly developed and certified Bio production processes provide a top olive oil extra virgin. All eteric oils are preserved.

Peroxide index: 9.0 meqO2/kg
General tasting note: pleasantly fruity, sweet, slightly spicy, little bitter and a light artichoke flavour. Its golden yellow colour reflects the sun of Puglia.
To enjoy: ideal in the cold kitchen, f.e. with Salads, Carpaggio, Seafood, Vegetables, Fish, Soups, but also delicious on grilles meet – and together with Vanilla Ice.
