Primitivo di Manduria - Natural Wines

BEATO VINI mostly produces one wine, our flagship bottling, Sant’Anastasia, which is named after the road along the oldest vineyard of the estate. Our philosophy is to produce one wine that best embodies the expression of our vineyards and the Primitivo that we love – rich and concentrated with notable layers, freshness and finesse. In exceptional vintages, we sometimes produce a small amount Riserva. This is based on barrel rather than vineyard selection. These rarities capture another, more intense expression of Primitivo that are just as delicious, but are built for longer cellaring.

BEATO VINI produces its wines naturally - both in the vineyard and in the cellar. We work mainly manually and use only organic products and no additives in the cellar. ... see also vivino article 

NEW: Sant'Anastasia Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG 2021  -  BEATO VINI produced two barriques of this noble sweet wine in 2021/22. The maceration/fermentation in barrique resulted after 30 days in an alcohol content of 16% and a residual sugar of 69 g/l.
Note: Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale is the only DOCG wine in Apulia.
